A quick, no-cook, high protein breakfast

 1 cup Full Fat Greek Yogurt
 ¾ cup Cereal of Choice (I used Pumpkin Spice Cheerios)
 1 tbsp honey
 1 tbsp sliced almonds
 ¼ tsp cinnamon

Combine everything but the cereal.

Layer the cereal and yogurt mixture. Done!
